Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to Info@MySoulHealth.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
Soul Refund & Return Policy
Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into providing our Products, refunds will be given for UNOPENED AND SEALED product only, within fourteen (14) days of the product received date. To submit a refund request, please contact us at Info@MySoulHealth.com and wait for confirmation before returning any unopened or damaged product(s).
You acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any opened Product(s).
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Since we have an explicit Refund & Return Policy in these Terms of Service to which you have agreed prior to completing the purchase of Products, we will not agree to take any type of chargeback from your credit card company. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies and/or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account which might have a negative impact on your credit score. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database will need to make full payment for the amount of the chargeback.
